Ingredients for 2 persons
2 pieces of salmon of about 200-300 gr. each one
2 cloves of garlic (optional)
1 lemon
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
Ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
Sauce "La Matriarca" Tamarind - Habanero or Mango - Habanero.
Instructions
Dry the salmon pieces with kitchen paper.
Heat a non-stick griddle with two tablespoons of olive oil, which we distribute well throughout the base.
While the griddle is heating, season the salmon by adding salt and pepper to taste and a little chopped fresh parsley.
Peel and crush the garlic cloves in a mortar and spread them on the salmon pieces on both sides with your hands.
When the griddle is hot, place the salmon pieces on the skin side.
Cook for 5-7 minutes, depending on the thickness of each piece.
Turn the salmon pieces over with the help of a cooking paddle and cook for 3 to 5 minutes more.
Remove from the heat and our grilled salmon is ready. It only remains to serve it at the table with a salad, rice or potatoes.
Add "La Matriarca" Tamarind-Habanero or Mango-Habanero Sauce.
